HOW DOES MY REUSABLE BOTTLE KEEP DRINKS HOT OR COLD?
Reusable bottles are triple-layered which keeps liquids hot for up to 12 hours or cold for up to 24 hours while maintaining a condensation-free exterior. We test Mother bottles using water. Other drinks may have differing results.
WHAT DRINKS CAN GO INTO MY REUSABLE BOTTLE?
Reusable bottles can be used for all drinks, from water to booze to juice. It’ll keep your beverage cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12, and maintain a condensation-free exterior keeping your bag sweat free and making water rings on your desk a thing of the past.
CAN REUSABLE BOTTLES GO IN THE MICROWAVE, FRIDGE OR FREEZER?
In a word no. Putting your Reusable bottle in the refrigerator, freezer, or microwave, can damage the bottle and its vacuum seal.
CAN I USE MY REUSABLE BOTTLE FOR STORAGE?
Your Reusable bottle is not designed for long-term storage of liquids as some drinks may cause too much pressure to build-up in your bottle, leading to lid failure and injury. Putting your Mother bottle in the fridge can damage the vacuum seal that helps it maintain ideal temperatures.
CAN I FLY WITH MY REUSABLE BOTTLE?
Absolutely. Your Reusable bottles is airport security friendly, just remember to empty out what’s inside first.
WILL MY REUSABLE BOTTLE SWEAT?
Reusable bottles from Mother Reusables are triple-walled insulation keeps the outside of the bottle sweat-free.
WHAT IS MY REUSABLE BOTTLE MADE OF?
Reusable bottles are high quality products, made of 18/8 food-grade, rust resistant stainless steel. Reusable bottles are BPA-free and are certified to meet all regulatory requirements by an independent and accredited testing facility.
WHERE ARE REUSABLE BOTTLES MADE?
Our reusable bottles are designed by our favourite young designers across Europe and responsibly made in China, under the supervision of our local team.
HOW WILL MY REUSABLE BOTTLE BE PACKAGED?
Your reusable bottle will be delivered in packaging made of 100% recycled paper.
We have done everything we can to make sure your bottle arrives on your doorstep in tip top condition.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY REUSABLE BOTTLE?
Mother reusable bottles do not like the dishwasher. We recommend hand-washing your bottle with warm soapy water and air drying with the lid removed after every use. We also recommend washing before initial use.
EXTENDED CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Don’t scrub your bottle with anything abrasive if you want to preserve its finish. Bleach or chlorine cleaners are a disaster, never use them. Mother bottles are made of stainless steel, which should not retain flavour or odours, but if you've already given your product a thorough clean (with warm soapy water and air drying with the lid off) you can try an old trick of mixing 60ml of vinegar with 3/4 tablespoon of baking soda and leave your bottle soak in it overnight, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
